The SUSD IT Department has expanded our HelpDesk services and hours of operation to support our teachers, staff, and students in this change to remote teacher and learning.

The preferred method to contact the HelpDesk is by entering your request using the following form:

This method will generate a support ticket that will be immediately assigned to your school’s technicians. You will receive a call or email in response within 20 minutes if submitted between 7am and 7pm (otherwise by 7:20am the following work day). If you do not receive a prompt response, please email to let us know so we can improve our service.
