As students return to in-person instruction on Monday, October 19th, teachers need to be aware of the following TWO important changes.

PowerSchool Attendance

Teachers should follow the directions in the appropriate link below to make sure that you understand the new attendance procedures for Quarter 2- 2020-21.

Google Classroom

To ensure that students working remotely know how to connect to their classrooms when Quarter 2 begins, teachers must add students to their Google Classroom page BEFORE the start of class on Monday, October 19th.

Teachers should click here for directions on adding and dropping students from your Google Classroom page.

FINALLY…once students have been added to your Google Classroom, teachers should use the directions linked here to match the URL link for your classroom page to your class section in PowerSchool.

Teachers are free to continue using their existing Google Classroom space from Q1 to manage Hybrid students OR, if they elect, they can create a new Google Classroom page using the instructions in the link above.
